The hotel is well maintained, clean and spacious rooms with a big and clean bathrooms. All personal is very attentive and activities are good, also the restaurants and food is good, sometimes a little busier but we stayed in a high season and even with that it wasn’t that bad. The beach is top and the beautiful sea is the most amazing for me personally. We stayed in a family trip with my two boys and they loved it, we will definitely comeback.

We had the most wonderful time! We went for a long weekend for a girls trip. The room was very clean and the hotel was well maintained. The pools had amazing service and a great view/access of the ocean. The staff were very nice and attentive. The shows for entertainment were fun. My only complaint was reservations for the dining due to us being a big group, but everything ended up working out!

This was the best stay in Mexico we have ever had! From the super friendly and accommodating hotel staff, the quick response times from the concierge, the fun activities, the amazing spa, to the abundance of food and drinks! We can't imagine going to any other hotel next year! Would give it 10 stars if I could!!! We felt completely pampered and at home here.

Staff was very kind and accommodating, my flight arrived at 7am arrived at the hotel 9am. They allowed me to check in early as the room was available with out cost. Gave me access to the amenities early.

We had such a good time at this resort. It’s our second time here and the staff was great. Especially the pool concierge team. JC, Leon, Kevin and the pool staff were great. Highly recommend this all-inclusive to everyone.
