The hotel staff were so kind and pleasant! The hotel itself was very clean and spotless. The food selections were delicious at Case Madre and rhe Japanese Restaurant were delicious. We loved this resort. The staff are kind and helpful, the resort is beautiful and the food was great. Although the kids splash area could be better, the main pool and jacuzzi was amazing, warm, good size, with gorgeous ocean views everywhere.
