Hotel Mousai has the feeling of a boutique hotel with an adults only all inclusive flair. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. Very quite but you have the pulse of La Blanca next door if you want nightlife. Staff was truly amazing. Jose, Rubi, Heriberto and Alex the chef at Noi went above and beyond. Hugo and Gerardo at the bar wowed us everyday with cocktail marvels. Rubi our butler was amazing and went above and beyond by finding my wifes lost cell phone (twice). Do yourself a favour and stay at this hidden gem - you wont regret it!!

Service was excellent and super efficient. Our butler Rubisel was very attentive, friendly and professional. He really went above and beyond to help us. My husband wanted a gin bottle but since the room does not have a bottle of gin, Rubisel got us a glass of gin from the bar and delivered it to our room personally. Restaurants also have very good food. Our favorite is Dao and our waiter was great at his job recommended excellent drinks that catered to our tastes. Food at Dao was so good! Breakfast at Noi was also excellent. Our room was beautiful and large. Corner suite balcony is the best.

A spectacular 4 night getaway with my wife. The food, the cocktails, the grounds all 10/10. What separates this property from others is the room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and the service was unreal. If total relaxation with great food and drink along with unparalleled service is your thing this is the resort for you. Lastly the rooftop pool is unforgettable, we are recharged and missing our trip already.

We had the best trip at Hotel Mousai. The staff was truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. Special thank you to Jose and Ismael, our breakfast server, who was always warm, attentive, and welcoming. Heriberto, the breakfast supervisor, ensured everything ran flawlessly each morning. Ivan at the pool provided outstanding service and made our pool days even more enjoyable. A very special shout-out to our butlers, Alexa and Marcos, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their attention, kindness, and professionalism truly elevated our experience. The pool views are absolutely stunning, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. I don’t usually take the time to leave feedback about hotels, but this time I genuinely want to share my experience. First, the level of customer service is exceptional — truly unreal how good and attentive the entire staff is. The food was amazing as well. Normally by the end of my trips I’m tired of the food, but this place has such great restaurants that we were delighted every single day. The rooms are impeccably clean and spotless. And with only about 80 rooms, the hotel feels peaceful and quiet — definitely not a place for partying, but the perfect spot if you’re looking to relax. 5 stars to this hotel!

The hotel is brand new. The room was wired all over with accommodating features like lighting and ambiance music. You won't find staff anywhere else that will provide this level of service. Marcos and Regina were a cut above. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay better and stress-free. The food was so good it made me emotional at times. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 6 stars if i could.

Wonderful stay for 20th anniversary

This is a beautiful resort. The rooms were gorgeous and very high tech. The staff were attentive. It is incredibly peaceful at this resort and you can use the next door hotels if you want a little more action. They also have a lovely garden area in the evenings with live music and dancing which was very enjoyable.
