This was our first time at this resort and it was amazing. The staff was more than top notch. Everyone seemed to be happy to help and be available for you at any time. The room upgrade was perfect!! Love staying here anytime we're in Cancun this is where we stay. The staff everywhere here are so friendly, helpful and always do a great job. It's nice and quite at night and even when they're full you don't feel like it is overcrowded at all. Love everything about this resort. We'll definitely be back soon.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pools were outstanding, on the downside no entertainment for adults. It was pretty boring. besides swimming in the pool and the ocean, there was nothing to do all day. The food was extremely expensive. The hotel promote are all inclusive and all-inclusive to my understanding. include food and drink's No food and drink was included with the booking.

I enjoyed my stay here! Everyone is very friendly making my stay so enjoyable. Diego, Jorge, and Yair were very friendly and helpful at the water sports section. Adrian and Abel were two of our favorite bartenders, our entire experience wouldn't have been the same without them! I will definitely be returning thanks to my experience with them!

Property is in excellent conditions. Two things to be aware of - this site has 2 different options one is an ALL inclusive package, the other is ROOM only!!! Please make sure to pick the one that fits the best For you and don’t rush choosing the right option for you & family. I went on a birthday trip and I accidentally booked the only that only the room, after trying to communicate with the hotel staff a few times found out the day before arriving to Cancun that the package I chose wasn’t all inclusive- once at the facility they offered me the all inclusive for $900 more…which we refused. Instead we bought tours with food included. Another thing is, if you would like everything walking distance or with public transportation nearby DON’T do the Punta Sam area. Is nice for relaxing if you’re doing the all inclusive and not planning to do any tours, this is an excellent option for you. Also the ferry to Isla Mujeres is right next to the hotel which was a plus. Not bad for being our first time in the area but would’ve done another area with more transportation options and/or walking distance places. Hoping my review helps!

Aweee man Definitely one for the books would come again we had a great time, it was my son birthday and Gabriela upgraded our room!!!! She was amazinggg and Oscar super !! Concierge tries to upsell and it’s pretty annoying. If you say no, they make you feel guilty. There was also lots of construction in the rooms surrounding ours, and they wouldn’t do anything about it.
