"I want to start by saying that I’m a young guy who went to Cancun to have fun. This resort is definitely for someone who wants a luxurious all inclusive experience. For anyone having trouble picking between the RIU resorts do not let it scare you that this isn’t for the younger crowd. We stayed at this one and traveled to the other RIU resorts for the fun."

"We really enjoyed our stay and would return, especially for the oceanfront swim-out room. The adults-only atmosphere was exactly what we wanted, and having a swim-out with an ocean view made the experience feel relaxing and special. A huge highlight was our butler, Frida. She was exceptional—attentive, professional, and truly enhanced our stay. She deserves recognition for the level of service she provided. The room itself could use some attention. There was noticeable wear and tear, including areas needing fresh paint, missing wall décor, a broken stone edge in the bathroom, and a shower head coming out of the wall. These were not enough to ruin our stay, but maintenance should be improved for a resort at this level. We loved having three pools because we could choose between a lively atmosphere with entertainment or a quieter area to simply relax. The entertainment itself was just okay. While they performed popular songs, the vocals were not very strong and sometimes seemed to make the crowd disperse. The steakhouse was our favorite restaurant, although we would skip paying extra for the upgraded steak, as it still did not compare to a quality steakhouse. The other restaurants were just okay. Our biggest disappointment was the beach. The seaweed was so bad that almost no one used it. We understand sargassum is a regional issue, but Haven should consider investing in better barriers or mitigation. Overall, great service, beautiful room location, and a relaxing atmosphere."

"Some of the waitress were rude on the bar pool area. And the bartender close to the pool area also. One of the guys there. It was a nice bartender i did forget his name. He works friday on the bloom bar and saturday on the bsr between the italian and mediterrean restaurant. Besides that it was a nice hotel. Not in front on the beach but the have a nice club beach whiche the charge extra money for some in the seats close to the pool. Have a great moment . Food good selections options. My favorite as the japanese. Mediterraneo order the start apettiezer. Really good."
