The staff was amazing! Xavier, Miguel the lifeguard at kids pool and his co-worker life guard at the beach, were exceptional. My husband suffered a stroke over a year ago. Xavier and Miguel made sure he was able to go sit in kiddy pool everyday to refresh himself. By our last day, Miguel organized to get my husband in the ocean with the help of one of his colleague lifeguards. It was the best gift they could have given him. As for the rest, the food was good, lots of variety for supper, but lunch variety was very limited. Overall, the rooms were clean. As for kids activities, they charge for surfing and trampoline...which were quite expensive. The lazy river was amazing!

We had our own concierge from Expedia. He was very helpful and kind. All the staff were very nice. Our room smelled damp and musky, but we got a dehumidifier to our room as soon as we asked for one. Room was very clean otherwise. We went to two Al a Cartes--Mexian & Italian. The food definitely needs an upgrade. The buffet wasn't too bad. Lots to choose from. My kids favourite was the breakfasts. Coffee is mediocre. We had a great trip and enjoyed the pool and beach areas. On Christmas Day, we went on a catamaran to Ilsa Mejures. It was a lot of fun. My only complaint is they sold me $40 us sunblock, only to find out we weren't snorkeling. That was a waste of money. Would we come back to this resort? If it was cheaper, maybe. We enjoy going to different resorts every year.

Rooms need updating badly. Property was nice as were the amenities. Check-in and out was a disaster. No reason it needs to take an hour ! Staff were accommodating when needed.

We stayed 5 nights just my wife and I. It was a fun hotel for sure with a lot of different options for food and activities. The staff when arriving was awesome but disappointed in the staff when we were leaving. Water in the showers smelled and the rust like water came out every morning from the shower head etc. The beach was amazing and the staff for the cabanas were excellent. We enjoyed the lazy River and the downside for food options is you have to book in advance or you won’t have a reservation to eat until 9:00 PM. The buffet is always an option.

Beautiful property. Travelled with family and paid for star class. 6 people in total. Kids loved the lazy river and stayed busy the entire stay. Entertainment was great, spa was amazing and the tours were easy to book on site. Food was delicious and fast (no waiting in line with star class) easy to use app to book reservations/check daily activities. Check in was a breeze and room service was a hit for the kids 24/7.

Spa was amazing but overpriced breakfast was amazing and majority of the waiters and waitress were very good. Blow average room service and very tough communication with front desk. The worst part was the people organizing the excursions. It was way overpriced and if you wanted to move things around, it wasn’t as easy.
