Great family destination. Was easy to get to the bus if you want to use that as transportation, the staff was very friendly and respectful. They had a great breakfast buffet.

The resort was clean and staff were friendly. It's a small resort with few food choices. Not much of a beach. It is right at the dock for taking the water ferry to visit Isla Mujeres. Our family went here for an anniversary. They made our room up cute with drinks and cake and chocolates. We had a great time, but would have liked more food choices.

This is a very good hotel in the Cancun area. The room is spacious and clean. There is a good pool, two bars, access to the beach, a snack bar 24/7. The buffet was very good and the mexican specialty restaurant too. The attention is great. The only two things is that the pool doesn’t have a heather and that my room was in the 4th floor next to the pool and was too loud that you can hear anything. But overall is a very good hotel.

This hotel had so many mixed reviews and I was skeptical however from the moment we arrived we were well greeted, staff was friendly, room was clean and well cleaned daily and the food and drinks was nothing but amazing! So much variety to choose from! Our stay here was soo great! Best buffet i have had.

Wonderful staff. Amazing experience. Have to point out a staff member by the name vanilli. This man was incredible!! Very friendly and attentive. He made everyone smile with his infectious great attitude. I cant say enough positive feedback for this resort. Deserves 5 stars in my opinion. You will not be disappointed!!

Me and my family had a wonderful time here at this beautiful resort. All the staff were so kind and willing to help whenever needed. Food is 10/10 as well, lots of varieties to choose from. Loved how engaging the resort was from many different activities to entertainment shows. Such a great experience will be visiting again.

It’s a clean property. The food is good. They do have a lot of day activities and the night entertainment was good. Beach is very small but it is right next to the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres which is a must to visit. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and beach.

Friendly staff who pay attention to every detail. They made our stay extra special as we celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday. Great location to catch the ferry to the Isla de Mujeres as well to catch the sunrise in the mornings.

Great resort. They are accommodating and a great location. The drinks are great and they had great entertainment. My family especially loved the Michael Jackson tribute. Family friendly, and they have special drinks the kids can order. Oh and the rooms were nice and cold! Will definitely stay again
