"We stayed on this property for five days. This property is the Best I've ever stayed on. The staff were very supportive throughout the entire stay. They kept the entire resort super clean. There were over 10 Restaurants on this resort and all were amazing. The host were top tier and made sure we had everything we ordered. When you check in please see Enrique . He is the best receptionist on site. He was super accommodating and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Our BUTLER, MEL is amazing!!!!!!! He was always around at the perfect times and answered all of our questions. He gave us all the information about the resort and more. He was really sweet and he does his job really well. Manuel was our waiter at the french restaurant called La Boheme. He was so sweet and attentive and accommodating even though I was a pescatarian. On our last night, he did some close up magic tricks that shocks us til this day. This resort was amazing and we highly recommend going to Zentopia spa for a relaxing massage and the hydrotherapy pool experience."

"I enjoyed my stay overall. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights, the food was really good and there were plenty of options. Lunch and dinner were okay, but I definitely preferred the breakfast. The service throughout the resort was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mixed drinks from the bars were okay, although they could have been a little better. The room was cleaned very well. One of the biggest inconveniences during our stay was that the elevators were not working, which was frustrating, especially when going back and forth to the room. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved."
