"This place is a great balance between all inclusive resort and city life. A few minutes away from all the cool bars, restos and shops. The beach is seaweed-free and the sand is beautiful. The service is great! We especially loved Axel at the beach, Samuel at the pool and Michel and Jesus at the reception. Everyone was super helpful! I would suggest taking the transportation with them from and to the airport, it was seamless. The only thing I would say is that the wifi is not always great. My boyfriend and I needed to work a little on the trip and it wasn't alway easy, but it worked. I would overall recommend and I would stay there again if I visit Isla Mujeres again."

"Staff overcharged us after they "lost" our Expedia booking. Staff repeatedly attempted to charge us for extra money, claiming they forgot to add certain fees. We walked into our room to find a strange man going through our luggage. Breakfast is not included regardless of what Expedia may say. "

"We loved our stay here so much. The condo was spacious for our family of 5 and the location was perfect. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. I especially loved the little library. We spent about 300 US at the restaurant next door over the course of the week. Not once did they honor the 10% discount because we didn’t “remind them right before the check was paid.” Our last day we ran out of groceries and decided to give it one more go. We explained to the waiter and he assured us it would be fine and even asked for our room number. Surprise, surprise- he forgot again. We asked for a manager and explained the situation and they sadly wouldn’t make it right in any way- not even 1 free beer for the trouble. I do understand that the restaurant is not affiliated with Nautibeach but they shouldn’t advertise a discount they don’t honor so just beware. "

"This was such a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very friendly & always helpful. The location was in the heart of the island, on Main Street, surrounded by great shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend! "

"While the location is absolutely beautiful and the resort has great potential, there are several areas that require significant improvement. Communication from the concierge team could be more proactive and responsive, especially when addressing ongoing issues during a guest’s stay. The property itself is in need of updates and renovations. The pool, for example, was noticeably dirty with an unpleasant odor, and the wooden seating within the pool is deteriorating and chipping, which poses both a comfort and safety concern. During our stay, the water service was shut off 4 out of 5 days, which created major inconvenience. Additionally, our bathroom was not functioning properly and would not flush, leaving us in unsanitary conditions for several days. The lack of warm water further added to the discomfort. While the service at the restaurants and bars was excellent and truly appreciated, the beach area was often left unmaintained, with seaweed accumulating and not being cleared until guests began cleaning it themselves. I would strongly recommend that management implement routine walkthroughs of all common areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction. This property is in a stunning location and has so much potential. I would love to return in the future once improvements have been made."
