Alex made our stay great! Crazy that right in the midst of busy playa Norte you’d step into the property and instant serenity! Rooms were clean, spacious, and the location was unbeatable. Alex introduced us to the best food and friendly neighbors, and was there to help with anything we needed! We will be back!

Our second stay here and again it was fabulous. Steps away from North beach and within walking distance of downtown. We love it here because it’s quiet and peaceful and yet close to everything. Alex the manager is friendly and extremely helpful.

The courtyard style of the property was interesting and cool. The room was spacious and very livable. They provided beach towels, which was nice. The staff were very accommodating. Many food and bar options right next to the property, with the beach only one block from the hotel. You can rent a golf cart for longer excursions just steps away from the hotel.

This was an amazing stay! It is located right next to the beach and the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and great air conditioning unit. Would definitely stay again!

Our own sucluded spot in the middle of everything. Alex was amazing, always around if we needed her. 3 minute walk to the most beautiful beach you will never want to leave.

The room was perfect. Alex was awesome during the entire stay, answering every question we had. The place is about a block from north beach, which makes it ideal. Tons of food options within walking distance. We’ll be back!

The hotel is great. It is great value for what you pay for and it's anvoasis in the niddle of all the action. Everything you need ro want us walkeable. Closest beach is North Beach and that is the best one on the island. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and everything worked great.

Rooms were spacy & clean. Minutes from the beach, walking. Alex, the manager, lives on property and is great to work with. She'll make sure all your needs are taken care of. Also, sports bar, Snappers, is directly across the street. Overall, we had a great stay.

Everything was perfect. Hotel paradise suites is a small and elegant property in the heart on north beach! The spacious suites are extraordinary with beautiful decor, comfortable deck, comfy beds, well equipped kitchenette, lovely bathrooms, quality bedding and towels and so many wonderful touches including drying racks on back deck! The landscaping and pool are beautiful!!!And the staff are fantastic…very friendly, welcoming and professional! We have stayed in many places on Isla and this is now our top choice!

The staff were great, but the room was lacking. The kitchen was not as pictured on the website (1 small burner) and everything that I would have expected when booking a room for two was not there. No pots/pans until requested (and then just a very small pan), no 2 of anything (coffee mugs, glasses), one small pillow each so not easy to watch TV in bed comfortably, no coffee table with the couch and no safe. I had stayed here before many years ago when the attention to detail was much higher. For the amount paid per night this wasn't as expected but the location is perfect. This was room #9 so maybe the other rooms are better set-up. Sadly, because this was disappointing, I will look elsewhere the next visit.

This is a quiet tucked back property with about 12 suites, very quiet, nice grounds and pool, friendly responsive staff and clean rooms. Very close to Playa Norte beach and less than a 5 minute walk to everything downtown. Would stay again!!

Great small place

Great inexpensive hotel close to the beach. Older property, but well-maintained. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Hot water and again, great location! Also, the pool was super clean.

Quaint and Cosy

Water never got hot, even after 2 requests to fix it. Ended up in, since it was extremely hot outside, but, hot water sill would have been nice. Excellent location. Close to beach and night life, restraunts, market.

Lovely little efficiency suite

These are great little efficiency apartments. The area they’re in is nice and quiet but still close to everything. Alex is a great care taker and most of the folks we met had been visiting for many years.

We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise Suites. We were at another hotel with a beach view, but still elected to move here because of the convenience to Plays Norte and Hidalgo. We also appreciated having more amenities like the kitchenette, which was nice since we stayed a couple weeks. Great shower pressure with hot water was an upgrade for us too! The entire staff was great to work with! Alex was communicative and accommodating. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring clean rooms and fresh towels when we needed them. Grounds crew was always busy maintaining the place and the spa staff were friendly as we came in and out. Also, LOVED the pool. We will be back next year! Thanks Alex and team!
