Salt water pool can only use less than half. If you want to go on other side (inflatable side) you need life jacket which you need to reserve a time slot. Said time slot is only 20 min. Rented a cabana 5 days. Was never informed cost of cabana is a credit that can be used to purchase alcohol (bottle). If you don’t use it you lose it pretty much. Golf course we booked through hotel paid $400/person which states food and drink included. Arrived to course there were breads came back after front 9 and no food in sight place look abandoned. Finished back 9 and still no food. Had to go all day with food until we got back to resort. This resort is in Cancun and entrance is less than pleasing almost feels like you’re going through the back door of building. No restaurants outside for outside seating everything indoors. Gym was nice but not nearly big enough to accommodate all guests. Very busy. If you don’t like hectic loud and crowded places avoid the buffet, enter off ordering room service. Wouldn’t come here again.
