Great room. OK food. The beach is a sewage! The hotel needs to disclose it! Despite all-inclusive claim we have been asked $8 per person to kayak in this sewage - the personnel claim that this is an environmental tax - what a travesty.
Also, although boom boxes are forbidden, no one reacted to the using them at the swim up low-level rooms when the noise clearly affected comfort of the guests in nearby pool. On two instances we were subjected to cigars smoking in the pool or nearby. Again, no reaction from personnel.
