"Was fun"

"Beautiful room and grounds. Super family friendly and yet uncrowded, quiet and peaceful. The staff is kind, helpful and welcoming. We loved having a little outdoor patio. The walk down to breakfast (the restaurant) and the ocean was easy and enjoyable, through a lush garden. We felt safe walking to nearby restaurants and a grocery store even as a solo mom traveling with her child (two other moms were doing the same). The breakfasts were tasty and there were lots of fun things to do! The snorkeling is outstanding around the pier, the pools and water slide are fun for kids, the kayaks and rope swing are amazing, and playing water volleyball with other guests was a highlight. It’s easy to take a taxi to Playa Norte and Playa Centro/Downtown, where we also felt safe, had a lot of fun, and made great memories. We already miss the place and people and will be back! "

"Amazing vacation thankyou for the extra pillow and the all female dorm I'm so thankful your staff went over and above to make my vacation memerable . Thankyou for the suntan lotion and sunblock protection options and bug spray . Thankyou for security for being so protective and professional . Thanks for having a lock cutter when i locked my personals in the storage locker . Quick response . Such a beautiful beach resort . Of course some tlc is always recommended. New stove top in kitchen so cooking with other guest wouldnt be so cramped and interactions. i wouldnt been so moody first thing in morning, someone poking my pan fried wrapes to see if burner working lol And stolen cheese replaced with gross cheese was funny not funny ja ja ja beautiful soft comforters soft pillows air-conditioned and hot water was awesome felt like i was camping . Had a cabins feel . Was amaxing forever grateful . Hope to see you next year for my sabbatical when the lockers are rebuilt outside the bunks so i dont bash my knees and head every minute ja ja ja Also loved the rain shower heads in that one private bathroom, set up !! those were the best ... love my privacy . Have a wonderful new years selinas and praying God bless your hostal resort for all new beach chairs and more comfort and overall extra money for the workers . So worth the money thank-you again and again... miss you all already .. just made it home to canada its snowing ja ja ja "

"From time of arrival, to leaving this property the property itself and the staff met and exceeded all of our expectations. Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! The weather was trying to act out on our departure date, and everyone at the resort stayed in communication with us and went to great lengths to ensure we made it to the mainland to make our early flight. From Raul and the wait staff near the beach and pool, to Eduardo at the coffee shop, to the excellent house cleaning staff, to the customer service relations manager, and butlers David and Angel-we were greatly taken care of. This resort gets zero complaints from us. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thank you dearly and keep up the amazing work. "
