The facilities were great. Great ocean views and restaurant views over the pool. I wish it had a beach to walk on. The beach clubs were great but they were a bit of walking distance to get to. All in all, a great experience and a great stay. Would return again.
Great clean property located near the main roads but far from them so you can’t hear the noise. Can walk to the nearby grocery stores and many restaurants. There’s free parking too. I stayed in the family room with my husband and two kids. We all were very comfortable in the room and loved the pool ...
Beautiful property and vibes for days. As for our room, it was pretty bare bones, not worth what you pay for. The seaweed in Tulum is a major problem with no solution in place, you can't get it the water. Overall, good experience, would probably stay closer in town for the price you pay.
Over all everything was well done. Only the beach wasn’t as clean but you have to Blair Mother Nature.
Property: The hotel is a small hotel and very nice. Rooms are modern and clean. The rooms with pools on the roof are the best, better than the pictures. Staff: The people that work in this hotel are the best, they make sure you get the best experience. I had two of my kids sick, someone in the lobby ...
