We enjoyed our vacation so much that we plan to go back in the future. Sol was our concerige and he was so helpful and amazing! All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were great! Keep up the great work that you do!

The Fives Beach Hotel: Beautiful Pools, but an Experience That Falls Short of Expectations Our recent stay at The Fives Beach Hotel in Playa del Carmen was a mixture of enjoyable moments and frustrating experiences. While the resort certainly has its highlights, several shortcomings kept it from delivering the seamless, relaxing vacation we had hoped for. The standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the pools. They provided an enjoyable setting to relax and spend time together as a family and were easily our favorite part of the resort. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, primarily due to the restaurants’ operating schedules. One of the biggest appeals of an all-inclusive resort is the convenience of having a variety of dining options readily available. However, we frequently found restaurants closed when we wanted to eat. The limited availability made dining feel unnecessarily complicated and took away from the convenience that an all-inclusive experience should provide. Another disappointment was the lack of attention to maintenance requests. The televisions in our room did not work throughout our stay. Despite notifying the front desk on several occasions and being assured that someone would address the issue, it was never resolved. While a working television certainly isn’t the centerpiece of a tropical vacation, the repeated promises without follow-through were disappointing.

Horrible experience!!! Don’t recommend working with this resort. A lot more details but beware and make darn sure you get travel insurance outside if you decide to risk it!!
