The Spa was fantastic! Luis was also extremely helpful! My husband and I enjoyed the restaurants. The people upstairs were very loud. That was the only thing that was terrible. They seemed to stomp all day and all night. It was hard to sleep.

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. What stood out most was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the entire team. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one truly sets the standard. The property was clean and safe. So relaxing. Very small and intimate. We loved the cleanliness and restaurants - but most of all the staff. Jorge who was assigned to us worked every day to make sure our stay was great and our bell service was on time and our transfers were done. We will be back and are looking forward to it!
