"Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'd never stayed at an all-inclusive place before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was a great place to stay. My only criticism is that if you're trying to communicate with the hotel through Expedia, don't. They respond very slowly through that portal. ..."
