"The whole resort was amazing overall—It was beyond our expectations! We were in room 6210 from Sept 26th- October 3rd. The room was Massive & super clean, Luiza was great when we asked her for room cleaning. We never felt sketched out or felt like we had to keep looking back at anybody Every single person that worked at the resort were friendly and had smiles on their faces. Ricardo R. Was one of our regular server at the restaurants we went to and he was really helpful, very nice & took care of us very well! I wish I memorized everybody’s names because they were all great. I’ve already recommended this resort to people I know! They won’t disappoint! "

"Very serviceable unit. Pool is charming and jungle setting views. The grounds of this condo development are exceptionally well maintained and cleaned by the local staff. OXXO convenience store is steps away. The balcony is bug-screened, which was important during our September stay, as the mosquitos were about as bad as I've ever seen there. Be prepared for stairs, since it's on the upper floor. The Sirenis complex is an excellent location between Akumal and Puerto Adventuris."

"We just returned from 6 days at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Family selection and we have been sad all day, we miss it. This is a fantastic resort only outshined by the people that work there. They are the real reason to visit. Emmanuel, Luis and Rogelio are the best butlers, taking care of restaurant reservations (if you want, The NEST was the BEST with Keniya, Jorge, Antonio, Gustavo, Xcehl, Carla, Faranda to make sure you feel special!)The family selection option is totally worth it, with a private beach and bar (with Joel and Danny to take care of everything) pool with restaurant and bar, and the dining room (NEST) for breakfast and dinner with buffet and menu options. We were lucky enough to get a beach side room with a private rooftop pool in Villa 40, the best building by far. Sitting in the pool, listening to waves and looking out to the ocean over palm tree tops is serious rock star living. Highly recommended. The beach is wide with plenty of chairs with umbrella huts, never an issue finding shade. Main pool shade was more difficult at times, but not impossible. And that pool is great, huge with a water park feature my kids loved! The family selection pool is nice as well, smaller for little kids, but still big enough for some space. Food is good and plentiful, even little buffets pop up at the main pool. Nice boardwalk through eco zones with trees and animals in nature between buildings that's fun. My family really felt special here, thank you Grand Palladium!"

"We were in white sands room 5904. I cant say enough good things about our concierge David and Cielo in our building. They were so helpful and made it easy to make reservations and information about resort. We thoroughly enjoyed every part about this resort. "
