"The condo was immaculate and beautiful. The view from the deck was spectacular and the location was perfect. Communication with the hosts was amazing and very responsive. The only downside to our trip was that the pool view of the ocean was obstructed by a very high hedge which was disappointing. We wish this would have been represented in the listing photos as I am not sure we would have chosen this location if we were aware that there was no ocean view from the main floor.If the hedge was removed, we would 100% return to this property as the condo itself and it's owner's were lovely."

"Our stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly clean, you can really tell they take great pride in maintaining the grounds. Every area felt well cared for and relaxing. The staff were truly INCREDIBLE. Guest services consistently checked in on us, and since we booked through Expedia, we even received a complimentary hydrotherapy spa experience, which was such a nice touch. At dinner each night, the staff always made sure we were happy, and the service at every restaurant was top-tier. Our favorite experience was Carnal—the show and the food were both AMAZING and definitely a highlight of our trip! But the person who truly made our stay unforgettable was Isaias, the bartender at Sambay. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and me, providing exceptional service and making every visit so fun and memorable. Overall, this resort was nothing short of perfect. If you’re thinking about going—DO IT. You won’t regret it! "

"Condo had everything I needed to cook & all in working order, even forced exersize being on the 4th floor ,with beautiful morning sunrises & nice breezes through out. I had a hard time as a senior seeing where the steps in condo changed as the tile is all the same- Suggest a stripe of black/ brown at edge of steps. Also would be great to have a lounger bed/ chair out at right side of deck to relax. Bed was very comfy. Great location walkable to everything in Halfmoon bay. Weather was perfect to keep sargasum at low. Great simple snorkeling area. Wear water shoes/ boots. All information was emailed to me before trip which made it better. Great staff. Most spoke good English. As a lone traveler I felt very safe. Quiet area. Nice restaurant on main floor. I was there a week mid March. I hope to come back."

"Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. "

"Couldn’t ask for a nicer place or views. With 4 young kids, we throughly enjoyed Akumal and surrounding areas. The place was very clean, pool was great, parking was easy, and snorkeling out front was great too (albeit rocky, but that just gave more places to look for sea life!). Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again"

"The view from this condo is absolutely beautiful!! And the cleanliness was outstanding! Unfortunately, storms have caused serious beach erosion so there really was no beach & the sargassum was so bad that you couldnt swim for several days. However, there are several cenotes nearby to swim in. We did have problems with the internet, which seemed better after the technician showed up. Unfortunately, the property manager was not all that helpful, & some of the condo owners seemed off put by "Renters" which was unfortunate. The restaurant downstairs was excellent as was La Buena Vida. This is a very small, safe town & the locals are lovely. Breakfast across the street was great, but the cinnamon rolls at Que Onda Deli, just up the road, were to die for! We really enjoyed walking around the town & made time to visit the ruins in Tulum. The breeze theough Cherri's condo was awesome & the A/C in the bedroom worked great. We don't mind stairs, but this unit is on the 3rd floor, so if stairs are a problem, you may need to look elsewhere. The kitchen was well equipped & the rust on the stove is a testament to what life is like when you live in a tropical paradise!! When the wind changed & the sargassum somewhat subsided, the little bay was BEAUTIFUL & we played in the water as much as possibke!! Enjoy!"
