"Tranquil and close to the mall. There are many hotels in the same area that are part of Barceló, where we stay were few people. Everything fine but the staff were always reminding the check out hour, the insistence made me uncomfortable "

"Everything was wonderful. Staff excellent! Typical buffet food for breakfast & lunch. Dinners were delicious. Be prepared to walk A LOT! We had premium (front of building facing the ocean) & we still walked 12,000+ steps per day. Resort is beautiful. Beach amazing. Pools huge! Fun for anyone any age. If you don’t enjoy this resort it’s your own fault. Take the trip! You won’t regret it."

"Clean room and resort overall, so many activities to do. Bowling, large interactive games, go carts, surfing, wind sailing, kayaking, mini golf are just some of the free activities this resort offers. We went diving and jet skiing also. Excellent staff very helpful with any issues. The food at the buffet was good overall except the breakfast it always seemed a little cold. We ate dinner at the steak house, Italian and Brazilian, all were excellent food and service. "

" It is a little house in the jungle is the title say, and of course belongs to a property that has a big house and more facilities around. There is also a tippy on the property and cenotes … it’s beautiful. I didn’t have a car , there is a five minutes walk to the highway where youtake a ‘ collectivo’ that is an air conditioned van that takes you to places along the highway for a small fee. Used mostly by local people. The same if you want to go to the beach, you take the collectivo. This is the only inconvenience, it’s not on a walking distance. The only close by public beaches are at Xpu Ha. All the other beaches are private with a hotel, etc. Same for eating out, you need to go to Puerto Aventuras with your collectivo. This is a nice place with lots of restaurants, parks. I also booked one day tours to : 1.Chechen Itza, the Mayan pyramids. 2.Swimming with a turtles another day 3.And to Xcaret park and show. All these trips were spectacular. The organizer will pick you up from your location, so no problem if you don’t have a car. I enjoy my trip immensely!💞 "
