Super nice staff, shoutout to Fredy, Diego & Aurceli! Only thing that was annoying is the beach patrol, it was almost pointless going to the beach on the resort. You were only permitted a very short amount of distance from the shore, and you couldn’t walk past the red flags they had up which were pretty close together. Kinda just get to watch all the other resort guests getting to go in and fully enjoy it while you couldn’t😅So yeah not much outdoor space, but overall my sister and I had a great time:) Everything was easy access, they have an MTS station so all your transportation & excursion needs are all in one place. The food was AMAZINGG and they have so many different dining options. Very clean as well, you can tell all of the staff do a great job maintaining the property. OH and don’t miss the theater shows, they’re so much fun & the dancers were great! Thank you to everyone who made our first time here very worth while:)

Pros: Room was clean with toiletries provided (not that I needed but if it’s important to minimal packing), trees were beautiful, ocean shore was an easy walk with great shores. Breakfast staff was very nice Cons: said I was vip (scam) decorated my door and room, thin walls 6am could hear all furniture moving, night staff was very pushy and drinks were trash. Buffet is comparable to a cruise Overall was a nice property and if I went to lay at the ocean I’d reccomend.

Not what I expected!! Food was mediocre. No selection at all. Cafeteria food to make it more easier understand!! Pool bar was slow at serving after tipping well. Shower drain was clogged, fan made noise and couldn’t sleep with it on!! I paid for an ocean view and the room next to me I think was a storage unit or something because it smelled like paint in my room and I got a headache. I won’t ever stay there again!! Checked out early and they did honor my early checkout after calling Expedia multiple times after waiting 2 hours!! Overall my experience was not what I expected!! I would say being nice 3 out of 5 stars!!

The room was amazing and the property was beautiful ! Very clean

Simple but clean room. Would be nice if the bathrooms had ventilation. After my wife “goes”, the paint comes off the walls 😵‍💫😅
