"Bueno les diré que la propiedad y sus alrededores muy limpias los empleados en general súper atentos en cualquier lugar que fuéramos sea el bufet los restaurantes en fin de verdad que nos quedamos satisfechos con todo el personal en general yo recomiendo el lugar a mis amistades porque de verdad que son espectaculares y les doy 5estrellas felicidades a todo el personal"

"I really enjoyed my stay at grand park Royal. I stayed 5 days and I have no real complaints, other than my bathroom had a leak in the ceiling from the ac, but other than that the place was nicer than I anticipated. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was great! I will definitely return for another stay."

"Be careful walking on the pier it has a slippery spot and also the ladder can be quite slippery. Other than that it's perfect paradise!!!"

"Very clean room and AC in the rooms were cool. The AC in the buffet and lobby was mixed but overall good. Specific staff shoutout to Guadalupe, Lupe, and Angela from the buffet. They were FANTASTIC and very attentive during the time we stayed. The next staff on the property by far!"

"The place is nice and beautiful, the staff is good. They could do better food, not the same item everyday if it's a Mexican country and they should be Mexican food. The only thing you have to be careful sometimes the staff give you miscommunication information that can cause you money"

"This was our 4th stay in 12 months at The Westin. It's always been a favorite, but there was a noticeable difference in the helpfulness at the front desk this past trip. We encountered multiple difficulties and a lot of attitude. It was sad and disappointing as we are used to being treated like family. We had to ask for the room service menu, schedule, and robes for our room that typically are in there. The water in our bathroom was very smelly. The room service food was usually inedible. That being said, the staff in the 2 restaurants went above and beyond to greet us, to make special off menu food for us to accomodate us as vegetarians. They were always coming up with new options so we didn't get bored of the food. We love the snorkeling there and the beds more than anywhere else, but it is time to try other places."
