"Great location, front desk staff was very helpful. Hotel was quiet. Elevators/ lifts were slow, long waits. We only stayed one night. There was minimal amenities in room, one small shampoo, no conditioner. No major complaints though. We slept well and room was clean. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely beautiful. The location is great and in a very walkable area. It was close to attractions like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Churchill War Rooms, & Big Ben. Their restaurant and bar served great food and a lovely breakfast buffet.
