Location is just great, its within walking distance to the London Tower and just a few blocks away from the underground. There are also many small restaurants around to have dinner or lunch. The hotel is also excellent, when checking in, you're greeted with amazing cookies. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. As it was my first time in London I asked for guidance, and specially Dan at Guest Services, was vey attentive and help me a lot with maps, directions and also helping me with reservations for attraactions and transportation.

this converted brewery and associated buildings have been stylishly renovated into an elegant boutique hotel. Clean comfortable room with all the amenities you could need. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel could not be better located for access to the Barbican and surrounding area.
Comfortable and efficient, with very good location for financial markets in the City of London as well as the great tourist attraction, the Tower of London. Just a block from the Tower Hill tube station, so easy to get around.
Very comfortable room, with very good bathroom. Only one complaint there: the lighting is wrong, with a single sconce on the right side of the mirror, so half of your face is in shadow. But, there is was a very good shower and large tub. Also, breakfast was excellent.
This hotel is very clean ,modern and comfortable with free wifi and best of all located a 30 second walk from a tube stop.
Dealt with only 2 of many staff but not impressed with eithers customer service on arrival or check-out. Don't let this put you off though because everything else from the spacious bathroom and shower with the comfy bed and fabulously cleaning standards made this a place I will stop again.

Well positioned, mainly friendly staff but some a little surly. Room upgraded although lighting poor and cushions on the bed stained, yuk! Small intimate restaurant food & service excellent. Breakfast something of a zoo with tables too close & people milling about every where, although staff willing n working hard. Fire alarm at 3am did not enhance the stay. Overall a good experience but could be better.
