Lovely staff throughout the hotel. We ad the Executive King room which was nice but still quite basic but did what it needed for one night. Breakfast was lovely as were drinks on the rooftop bar.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is very close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, two of our favorite places to visit. There are several shops and eating places nearby. The hotel is more business-friendly every year.

Bonito edificio, muy excelente ubicación a unos pasos de la estación de metro. Muy cerca de Tower bridge y muchos bonitos lugares alrededor. Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Personal del hotel muy amables. Todo excelente en general.

Iba at the 12th floor cocktail bar was amazing. Basit at concierge was fabulous also. But everyone was very good and professional!
I seriously cried when I looked out the window and saw this view! Been waiting 40 years to go there. Thanks to everyone!
