The hotel is beautiful, however they need to clean their showers better. Ours had stains and that is quite bad for a property of their caliber. We had to change rooms in the end. The staff were kind and helpful but really look into the cleaning! Thanks

Excellent as always! Canopy by Hilton London is now our go to hotel. Staff are friendly, polite providing an exceptional service. We stayed in 2025 one weekend for our engagement and the hotel went above and beyond to make this special not to forget the stylish rooms and being close proximity to prime spots. On this occasion we were lucky enough to be ‘Guests of the day’ which meant we received a complimentary upgrade and a couple of perks! Thank you Canopy!
