However, the overall atmosphere felt dark and a bit outdated for my taste. My room was also quite cold, which made it less comfortable than I had hoped. The space felt gloomy, and I was looking for something brighter and more inviting. While others may enjoy the style, it just was not the right fit for me."

"Beautiful new hotel in a fantastic location on the South Bank - super close to transport options - and really cool, quiet rooms with amazing views over the river and city"

"Easy/quick check-in (although you have to pay extra for early checkin which really isn’t a new concept), extremely clean both common areas and rooms, daily room housekeeping which isn’t the norm nowadays, centrally located to a lot of things (the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster etc.). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to mt family and friends. "
