"Loved our stay here while visiting London! Nice quiet area where we could relax but very easy to access the underground to get everywhere. Hotel overall was very nice just a few minor cosmetic issues here and there that could be addressed but didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Staff was also amazing in arranging is a ride in the morning back to Heathrow. "

"Hi there. I was staying with my daughter. We were satisfied with stay. Room could be little bit bigger and i felt that carpet could be washed ,but there are small details. Hotel was clean, quiet and location very convenient. Staff pleasant. If i will decided to come back to London, i might use that hotel again. "

"Great hotel, pefect location. The 2 bedroom suite was exactly what we needed it. Breakfast was good but they ran out of cutlery and some food several times. I called the front desk for a set of sheets for the pull out sofa and they said it was going to $10 a day and I said nevermind. They checked and saw that I was an rewards member and decided not to charge me for them. That was the only questionable issue. Over all a great stay!!"
