This little hotel is nothing fancy but it's clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff friendly. It was a bargain for a week in London, and well-located a short walk from the Earl's Court tube station, shops, and dining. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't speak to that. I have stayed everywhere from hostels to 4-star hotels, and would rate this as a solid choice for travelers on a budget. Be prepared that the rooms are a bit small and oddly arranged, especially if you are used to American hotels. The furniture felt tired and university hall-like. And the bathroom had the usual British plumbing weirdness with a very small shower that was prone to flooding the entire room. But again, it met my main criteria for a budget hotel - clean linens, comfortable bed, and a location near transport and food. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for a single traveler or couple on a budget. Probably not the best for families, as the quarters are quite cozy.
