"A nice place with accomodating staff. It's convenient to a few nice site-seeing places (Tower of London, Tower Bridge, some of the cathedrals) and quiet at night. That said, if you're looking to participate in the arts scene or with closer access to night life, I might stay further west. "

"It was a great stay. Hotel is located in a quiet street across from the Four Seasons. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I totally loved the breakfast: lots of tasty selections and reasonably priced. Will choose to stay again."

"Tucked into the city of London, immediately bext to the Barbican, this has been a pleasant place to stay. Checkin was speedy and the room clean, spacious and functional. The bathroom was huge with a large walk-in shower. The room quiet at night, being away from the road. The only downside is finding Nescafe sachets as a coffee substitute in the room. However, real coffee us plentiful a short walk away."

"Thanks for letting us check in two hours earlier. We were so tired because jet lag. We booked a suite. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. "

"Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are small but comfortable. My only beef is the bed was too close to the wall which made it challenging getting out of bed and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. That's challenging for a guy. Complimentary coffee and cookies are good. Centrally located. There's a nice market across the street, Market St. Tube nearby, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, River Thames, monument dedicated to the fire of London in 1666, an incredible market right across the Tower Bridge and if you like Indian/Bangladesh food or into Jack the Ripper, the East End/Whitechapel is close. I would recommend staying here. "
