"Housekeeping was very very inconsistent. Coffee some days and not on others. Sparkling water on day 1 and then none after. Last day before we checked out was terrible. Coffee was not replenished at all. We saw staff out the room and they got some from them. Then we found that we did not have any towels. Took 2 calls to the receptionist to get towels. The lotion bottle was filled with soap. "

"This is motel style accomodation, run by Indians, hence cost cutting is at its best. When it was 11 degrees outside there was no heating in the room. After 4 hours of fighting with them they brought a old school room heater which smelled like burnt filament all night... the breakfast that i purchased was very good although..."
