"Very clean and in a great spot in the city. Beautiful windows, lots of light. I enjoyed staying here, it felt safe and bright. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs use the water there is a loud shrieking that can wake you up at night or disturb anything you’re doing. Otherwise a great place to stay"

"Great stay. Large, clean , comfortable room. Bed comfortable the only problem was the twin beds pushed together but with separate headboards for twin beds. Fantastic rain shower in a decent sized bathroom. All the necessary toiletries provided and lovely soft towels. Very friendly receptionist on duty when we arrived. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality. Great choice of continental and cooked options. One of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel. In a good location near to Aldgate tube...

"Great hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, and close to the heart of the city. The area immediately adjacent to the hotel seemed to be a little rougher, but not terrible. However, it is a quick walk to the Aldgate East underground station, and a fairly quick walk to both the Tower of London and Liverpool Street. Overall, great hotel for a reasonable price. Worth staying a little further out of the City Centre for the cost savings. "
