Location near Euston station is advantageous; the facilities are high quality (particularly the Level lounge) and all for a reasonable price.
I am satisfied and comfortable staying at this hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, shower was great, and the bed was the cleanest I’ve seen
Everything at this hotel was excellent. The doorman was friendly and helpful as we were in a hurry to get to a show and on return to the hotel every member of staff went out of their way to please us. The room was very comfortable and quiet
Good lap pool and gym facilities. Good bar and restaurant downstairs.
Lovely hotel, conveniently located at the train station. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
The hotel was excellent I really loved the rooms and location.
Rooms were lovely might have been nice to have a bottle of water and a packet of biscuits available in the room.
Recent refurb is good. Service seems stiff and attention to detail lacking - leaking toilet (fixed quickly though) and no milk (fresh or powdered in room for teas/coffees
