"Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it. "

"We recently stayed for six nights in this hotel. The staff was lovely, polite, and smiling. Hana was great at organizing our tours. The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the roof bar that has a great view. We did not use the pool or the gym, and I kind of regret it as both were very tempting.
