Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"Cannot recommend Splendid Premium Hotel enough. Their 5 star service started the moment we booked, with excellent communication via messages. They arranged a lovely AC transfer from the airport. On our arrival all of the staff were welcoming and friendly and offered fantastic customer service. Cindy greeted us with local refreshments and a cold towel (this was very welcome in the hot weather). Check in was swift and informative, with lots of helpful information and local recommendations. The hotel offers discounts on their spa treatments and meals. Cindy showed us to our room (which was gorgeous, clean, and air conditioned). All the room amenities were great. Our bags were collected from the car and brought up to our room by John. Later, a bottle of wine and fruit platter was sent to our room as a gift from the management team (very unexpected and much appreciated). Breakfast was a buffet of various foods, including local cuisine. European options were also available. We enjoyed drinks at the sky bar, which offers a lovely view over the city and lake. Throughout our stay we received 5 star treatment from all staff members, and cannot thank them enough. They were also helpful with storing our luggage for the day after checkout, and offered us use of the facilities throughout the day too. Particular thanks to Cindy, May, Mr Ding Dong, John, and Cole, who were all extremely helpful during our stay. We will definitely be staying at this hotel when we return to Hanoi!"

"First, thank you to each and every member. You all made my stay comfortable. Initially, I chose a room without window and it was clear within 2 hours that I will not be able to stay in that room for 5 nights. Thank to the amazing team, they let me upgrade to a better room and I could enjoy the area around Hoan kiem lake. I was out till 11 without any issue."

"Our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We traveled with our family, including our two-year-old son, and they made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring Hanoi. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will always remember our time here. We highly recommend La Sinfonía del Rey to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable!"

"Stayed here overnight as we were passing through Hanoi from Sapa to Ninh Binh. We chose this hotel because it’s walking distance from the Sapa express bus stop in Hanoi. We were able to walk with our suitcases there without issue. Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and the room itself was perfect for what we needed. In fact they gave us a free upgrade which was incredibly kind. The breakfast buffet was yummy too and they offered soy milk as an alternative which I was incredibly grateful for. More than happy to stay here again. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful."

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable and easy too. Jenny in reception gave us many ideas for sightseeing and Emily up in the restaurant was incredibly attentive and friendly with personable service. There was a good array to suit everyone's tastes in the breakfast buffet. After a full touring day, we ordered room service which was served hot and fresh, with a smile. After being hugely disappointed with a street massage, we took a chance on the hotels' service with Luan and colleague. Our faith was restored, and we left the comfortable surroundings feeling restored and rested. Thank you Luan! Although some parts of the hotel seem a little tired, (the common area carpets could do with an upgrade), overall we would recommend this hotel as a good midrange stay, in a convenient location."
