"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Splendid. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was a lovely way to start the day. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always willing to help and took the time to welcome us, guide us, and offer useful advice as first-time visitors to the area. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again."

"Nice hotel helpful staff close to everything. Our last night we had a balcony out to the front of the street and still not too noisy despite being in old quarter. Would be nice if 2 small chairs were provided so you can use the balcony"

"The location is in the heart of old quarter but the room soundproofing was excellent. I had booked the Ninh Binh tour with the hotel and the staff were able to explain all my options/cost and expected timeline. The tour was amazing. (Added pics) The service was exceptional. Kind staffs were all helpful throughout our stay. Exactly a place that I would recommend all my family and friends to. For every problem that we bring up, they are ready to help and take time to solve as it needs. (We had mentioned the weak WiFi signal and some issue with charger plug and they let us know how they are working on solving it with expected timeline)."
