Alice at breakfast was very attentive and remembered my choices from the day before! Louis at the front desk at reception gave us a very heartfelt send off. " I've stayed here on two visits to Hanoi now and I've been really happy with the service, the room and the friendliness of the staff on both occasions. The staff all speak English and there's an in-house travel service as well as the wonderful VIT Travel agency just over the road. The shower was properly hot and, importantly, separate from the rest of the bathroom. My room had a balcony and a vast bed. If you want to be in the heart of Old Town Hanoi, this place is perfect. "

We were especially impressed with the personal care and attention provided by Katy from reception. She was very helpful throughout the trip. The food and cocktails were all better than we expected .
