The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Old Quarter, a few minutes' walk from the lake. Staff are super friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Staff were super friendly, remembered guests names and their activities, and were always happy and willing to assist with any queries. Special thanks to Ann and Cindy ❤️ Room was exceptionally clean.
