We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. "Overall it was comfortable and clean. The location is great. The staff are helpful. The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

The following day we soaked up Hanoi and Somerset couldn't be better located. Amazing food stalls, world class coffee and historic sites all within walking distance.
