Hotel is at the right location and very clean with a roof bar with a pool on top and restuarant. Excellent food and professional knowledeable stuff. This is my second visit and I like consistency of the service and cleanness of the hotel. Stuff is amazingly knowledgeable and polity with a big smile all the time

Excellent property. Fantastic location right in the old quarter and easily walkable to other major sites/areas. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming and really did go above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. Breakfast was plentiful (and delicious)

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Staff were polite and attentive, and eager to help with any query. Rooftop pool and bar has great views over the lake, perfect to come back to after the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also very good with western and Vietnamese options available. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for USD 30, well worth the money for the absence of stress alone!

Absolutely amazing. Great location in the Old Town near the lake. Great shopping. The rooms a small. That is informative, not a complaint. The beds, pillows, ac very comfortable. Loved the small pool and the roof top bar. I went there everyday. Also, had a nice gym with a view of the city. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Hanoi.

Wonderful stay with excellent service. We had a great stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. The entire staff were excellent throughout our visit. The front desk team were extremely helpful. We also spent some time at the pool bar, where Back provided great service and took fantastic care of us. The breakfast is excellent and again the team did everything possible to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal. A special thanks to the management team, led by Mr. Brian Do, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.

The location was perfect. It’s right in the middle of everything! The hotel staffs were very well-mannered, polite, kind, helpful and they welcomed us like a family, which made our trip very special and memorable! The service was extraordinary! Plus I really liked the furniture and atmosphere of the hotel, they were all carefully selected and elegant. I enjoyed the roof top bar, I recommend going there at night, you can enjoy the vibe of the city yet not too loud. It’s a nice cozy place to spend time at. Thank you so much!

This hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the town, especially old quarter. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are large comfortable with nice views. The pool and the sky bar take you out of all the chaos of this big city and give you lovely moments of relaxation with wonderful views after busy touring all day. Breakfast is outstanding, offering both western specialities and Vietnamese ones. Last but not least, indulging in the very relaxing massages is great.
