The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. "The property is in a great location, close to the old quarter and right next to St. Paul’s Cathedral. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had a late night arrival. The was quite large had a nice view overlooking the street. It was somewhat noisy at night with motorbikes and cars passing by and the bathroom could benefit from a deep clean. The price was fair for what you get. "

Almost next door to the “Hanoi Hilton” prison museum which is worth while visiting. Other sites a bit further. Staff and service excellent - attentive, friendly and efficient. "
