"We stayed 2 nights when we arrived in Hanoi and then another night when we returned from Sapa. They held our suitcases for us. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. Our Balcony room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff is very dedicated and attentive. The breakfast is great, everything is there, even homemade yogurts. Recommend Royal Palace without hesitation. Thank you all for your welcome and your kindness. "

"I view this hotel as a Beautiful Boutique Hotel that is in a wonderful location. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again!!! They are in the process of making some renovations, that are only going to enhance my future visits!!!! I checked in late, which was handled well. I like everything about this hotel, but the thing I like the most is the STAFF - everyone always willing to help and they do it with a SMILE!!!!! I will be returning to this hotel in a couple weeks before I return to America. This is a hidden GEM!!!!!"

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "
