"Everything! The room was clean and nice, but what really made our stay enjoyable was the staff. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Angela (front desk) went above any beyond to answer all our queries. We checked out to go to an overnight cruise and came back the next day, they helped us organize a transfer to the airport."

We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks. Super great to hear how quickly they responded and how proactive they are. "

"Very nice and historic hotel in very good condition. I stayed in the old historic wing and did not regret that decision. There were two incidents in which privacy and communication was a problem but overall glad to have had the chance to stay there. Breakfast was excellent and includes their famous egg coffee if you ask. "
