"We stayed 2 nights when we arrived in Hanoi and then another night when we returned from Sapa. They held our suitcases for us. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. Our Balcony room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff is very dedicated and attentive. The breakfast is great, everything is there, even homemade yogurts.
