Incredibly polite and nice staff. They allowed us to do early check-in. Very helpful with reservations and making local calls and problem solving. Location is really good. Room was spacious. Photos are much better than reality. Water in the shower had good pressure if you only turned cold water, medium pressure for lukewarm and zero to a string of water coming out from the shower head for hot water. The sink drain stopper would not allow water to flow, so I had to unscrew it. Corridor carpet has stains. Last night when we arrived, the staff person in the lobby was literally asleep on the couch. It is good value but it’s not what you expect.

Excellently located in the old quarter, this hotel is steps away from good eats and shopping and walkable to Hoan Kiem lake. The room had great AC and water pressure. Wi-Fi was always on. Slept well in the clean sheets. Breakfast included made to order eggs and crepes/pancakes/french toast. Daily Refillable water available in room. Lovely staff, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff was fantastic. They remembered and greeted us by our names each time. Everyone was always helpful and kind. The front desk staff spoke English very well. The rooms were very clean with very good A/C. The room was a tad dark as the lighting wasn't too bright but the window brought in lots of natural light.

This is a really lovely little hotel. All the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Spa lady was lovely. The room with balcony was very spacious, and a lovely spot to sit outside in the cool of the morning or evening. We would definitely stay here again.
