We were so happy to stay at this Hotel. The location was right smack at the center of town. Near almost everything and walkable to many attractions. We truly appreciated the customer service of this place. The people that work there are just absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and accommodating.

I wanted to explore outside Hanoi, and Andrew quickly helped me book a day trip to Ninh Binh. He explained all the options clearly and gave honest advice on which was best. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. Having someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy to help with tours made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I couldn’t have planned it better on my own.

I treated myself to a massage at the hotel’s spa and it was pure bliss. The space was peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated. The therapist was professional and tailored the treatment to my needs. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring Hanoi. During my business trip, I found Hanoian Central to be a perfect retreat. It's right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed comfortable, and the staff extremely professional. After a long day of work, it was a pleasure to return to such a calm, clean space. I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Hanoi. Excellent choice for business travelers!

What impressed me most at Hanoian Central was the warm, personal service. The staff made me feel like a valued guest every moment. My room was neat, cozy, and had everything I needed. Hanoi is lively and vibrant, but stepping into Hanoian Central felt like steeping into a peaceful retreat. After long walks and traffic noise, returning to the hotel's calm atmosphere, scented spa corridor and gentle staff was such a comfort. The welcome drink, cold towels, and soft lighting set the tone. I slept so well here, and that's not something I say often while traveling

Wonderful customer service

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanoian Central Hotel because of the excellent service provided. I would like to specially commend Elsa for her wonderful customer service and helpfulness. While waiting for our room she went through the neighborhood map and pointed out the sites to see within walking distance. She booked for us a beautiful day trip Ha Long Bay. She also prepared hats for day tour, will ask you whether you need umbrella on raining day and will also recommend a lot of local foods to go. She made the whole trip of Hanoi better

Nice hotel with great service. Tommy reached out to us prior to checkin via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, Tommy came out to say hello and then proceeded to help plan the rest of our trip. Great info and recommendations on a Ninh Binh tour, a Sapa tour and the Ha Giang loop. We did them all. Would definitely recommend. Great breakfast, as well.

I booked this hotel because i saw everyone had given 5 stars on everything however this hotel only worth 2.5 stars, totally not up to my expectation, especially the breakfast, short of selection, not delicious, room is very normal, i dont think is delux, i can hear dog barking all night, people talking and etc...

For the price, the hotel is great. We cannot be happier with the service and staff as they are keen to assist us in any way they can and have assisted us professionally and personally with what we asked. We recommend the balcony rooms on the main street as you can open the windows to absorb the energy of the street that happens throughout the day and night. Closing the windows shuts out the noise when you need quiet. We used it as a base that gives you access instantly to the Old Quarter and its surroundings. Otherwise, use Grab, the Asian version of Uber. All trips around the city are only $5 to $10 AUD. The Hotel is clean, with only some limescale on the shower nobs. This Hotel has charm if you are looking for a small boutique hotel in the Old Quarter. We were very happy with our stay and wish all the fantastic staff the best.

1. I booked a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony" for 2 nights and I expected there must be some kinds of city views no matter which floor the room. However, I was assigned to Room 108 which the balcony is facing the wall of the nearby building (i.e. no any view at tall). Any room at a higher level with window will have a better view than it. That, what is the reason I have to choose for a room with balcony. The actual provision is totally different from the website photo. If the Hotel consider still it is a "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony", please specify clearly in the website. The Hotel was unable to change the room for me on the 1st day. 2. The neighbour had a bright lighting switching ON during night time only and facing the balcony. The curtain at the room was too thin and could not block the light. 3. The window at bathroom was obstructed by a screw (due to deformation of window OR poor installation workmanship) and hence could not be close normally. This is 1st floor. Stranger is able to climb into the premises through this window easily. 4. The worse was that there were cockcrow and dog barking at 5am at neighbour. As Room 108 is located above the kitchen of the Hotel, I could also hear the breakfast preparation sound and staff talking at 6am. 5. Finally, the Hotel helped to change to another room with balcony at higher level (though the view is only roof of the building) for my 2nd night. It was sad to hear that the Hotel realized the noise issue but still assign 108tome

This is a hotel where I only had good experiences. After 10 hours on a train from Sapa, we were exhausted. We booked a massage and honestly, it melted the stress away. The spa is small but beautifully done, with calming music and herbal tea at the end. We left feeling lighter, calmer, and fully recharged. If you’ve been traveling hard, this spa is a must.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. We had to check out at 5 AM for a tour to Ninh Binh. Even at that hour, the receptionist Henry was cheerful and handed us packed breakfasts. Such care and consistency in service impressed us so much.

from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated like old friends. The front desk welcomed us with cakes and tea, and helped us plan our short stay in Hanoi without being pushy. They marked out hidden cafes and local spots on a paper map, which we actually used the whole trip. It was our first time in Vietnam, and thanks to them, we felt comfortable right away. We loved how central the hotel is just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the old quarter and lots of delicious street food. Even though it's in the middle of everything, our room was quiet and peaceful. Our room wasn't very big but it was spotless, well-designed and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the hot shower worked perfectly. For the price and the location, it was more than worth it. We'd definitely stay here again

The Vietnamese coffee at breakfast here is so strong and good. It became part of my daily ritual. But more than that, I loved the people. One morning I spilled my cup and felt embarrassed, but a kind staff member quickly cleaned it up and brought me a fresh cup with a smile. No judgment, just kindness. Small moments like that make this hotel unforgettable

We had an early flight and were worried about getting a taxi on time.The front desk arranged everything the night before, packed us a breakfast to go with sandwiches and bananas, and had the driver waiting 10 minutes early. Everything was seamless. That kind of reliable support made our travel stress-free. Truly grateful!
