Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

This hotel was very nice. It exceeded our expectations. It is in a great location in the old quarter. Every single person at this hotel was very friendly and made sure you were talked to and taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious. My room was very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the day spa was incredible. Over all an excellent stay, if I return to Hà Nội I will come stay here again!

La Siesta chain is wonderful. 2nd stay was here and the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Staff is excellent! Always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Our second time here passing through Hanoi and it was exceptional the first time so we booked it again. An even better room this time (though the first was great). The staff are just incredible, the staff training must be of a really high standard. I’ve raved about it all in a review when we stayed in June and alongside Jun and An Le there are so many other people working here that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The doormen are fab. It feels like 5 star but at a much more affordable price! Perfect location for everything and fantastic buffet style breakfast…so much choice.

There truly are no words to fully express the wonderful experience I had at La Siesta Classic Ma May in Hanoi. During my 2-weeks in Vietnam, I stayed here THREE separate times—3- nights when I first arrived, 1-night between Hoi An and Ninh Binh, and my final night in Vietnam. Each stay felt like coming home. The location is PERFECT—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and within walking distance of the water puppet show, spas, restaurants, night market, cafés, and nightlife. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The atmosphere is inviting, calm, relaxing, and filled with wonderful energy. Every room I booked was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I even enjoyed choosing my preferred pillow! One stay included a complimentary upgrade. A very special thank-you to Ane, who truly represents the heart of this hotel. Even 8-months pregnant, her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care were exceptional. She made me tea to help me sleep, checked on my needs, and even sent me home with gifts for my children. That kindness touched me deeply. The spa was heavenly, the seafood dishes were delicious, and Moonlight Sky Bar was an absolute VIBE—beautiful views, great atmosphere, cocktails & wonderful service. La Siesta Classic Ma May helped make my first experience in Vietnam warm, comfortable, and unforgettable. I rate this hotel FIVE STARS without hesitation. I found a jewel in Hanoi—see you in 2027

Room was excellent but didn’t have any view from balcony so if you want a view make sure you book the right room. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff superb. The only reason I didn’t mark this as 5* was because the rooftop bar was closed as it was tet (there new year break) but apart from that a five star stay. It is in an excellent location. I would book to stay again and if rooftop pool open then a 5*

There are no words to clearly convey the wonderful experience I had during my stays at La Siesta Classic Ma May in Hanoi over the two weeks of my travel in Vietnam. I stayed THREE different occasions. When I first arrived in Hanoi I stayed three nights. On my transfer from Hoi An to Ninh Binh I stayed one night. And the last night of my travels in Vietnam I stayed one night. First, know that you will NOT or SHOULD NOT have any disappointments. Location is perfect!!! La Siesta Classic Ma May is right in the center of everything. Within walking distance to the water puppet show, spas, eating places, the night market and night life with coffee shops all around. Atmosphere is inviting, calm, relaxing, welcoming, top notch professionalism, and full with kind service. Good energy atmosphere. Quality customer service. Upon arrival they greet you warmly, invite you to sit as they prepare your paperwork for your room then serve you a refreshment. Ane is or must be the face of La Siesta Classica Ma May. Even while pregnant in her 8th month her service was top notch. Taking time to genuinely and warmly converse with me, make me tea to help me sleep well, ensuring my needs were met. She is a lovely asset to there front desk staff team. The overall value is unmatched & worth it. No complaints about that at all. Overall rating is definitely a FIVE STAR. I cannot believe they are only a four star rated hotel. They are highly recommended by me and they will see me again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Quarter, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight with fantastic views across Hanoi. On one evening the atmosphere was slightly affected by a small group of guests playing their own music, which the staff appeared to find difficult to manage, but this was very much the exception rather than the rule. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. In particular, when my wife became unwell and we needed to extend our stay by an extra night, the team could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Their kindness and professionalism during a stressful situation made a real difference. A lovely hotel, but most importantly, a lovely team. Thank you to everyone at La Siesta for looking after us so well.
