"Our first night took a bit of an adjustment as we arrived near midnight and the driver (arranged by the hotel) didn't know where the hotel was. We were dropped off a couple of blocks away and the hotel staff met us and walked us to the hotel. The hotel manager, Guan, made it all up to the next morning without us even asking. He found us at breakfast to apologize for the driver and upgraded our room for our 5 night stay. Guan was attentive throughout our stay - making sure our room upgrade was properly taken cared of, arranging our spa appointments, giving us great local recommendations and even saying goodbye with a local gift. Guan and the rest of the hotel staff gave us a truly relaxing and pampered stay. "

They are truly proud of their hotel and do everything they can to ensure you have the best experience possible - and all without the expectation of a tip. Truly exceptional. The location is right in the heart of old town so most everything is walkable. Grace organized tickets for us to the New Year’s Eve celebration on the rooftop, and we had an incredible view of the fireworks. We are highly recommend the hotel. "
