"This resort is quite luxury and old building. Service is fine, but inconvenient, because whenever we go to reception or restaurant, we have to call car for pick-up. Big problem is at towels which smell sweat of other people on all the towels. I think they have to change the towel cleaning company into better one. I pointed this matter to the cleaner, but all the towels are the same. Breakfast is not buffe, but ordering individual items. "

"Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out...

"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "

"We liked everything about this 5 star hotel. Half an hour from the airport in light traffic gets you to this oasis of peace and tranquility. Water fountains, ponds, ducks.
