The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests.
There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.

"Stayed here for 1 short night, while I was attending an event at Luna Beach Club.
Pros: The staff were wonderful and accommodating, I arrived late (2AM) and a member of the staff stayed up to greet me and check me in, and the area was relaxing and quiet.
Cons: there were some mold issues, which is understandable considering the climate and the location right by a river, but for people with sensitivities/allergies it might be problematic

Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. I loved that they are partnered with Wrong Gym, which made my stay even better since I was able to work out at the best facilities every day. We stayed at Noema Resort Pererenan for a weekend family getaway and had such a great experience. The hotel just soft-opened, but already feels very special. We loved the 15-minute foot massage, one-time free minibar, and the eco-friendly backpack gift. The design is beautiful and every corner is so Instagrammable.
There’s a fun playground for all ages, wall climbing, and breakfast at Mamaloma Restaurant was amazing — both buffet and à la carte—big thanks to Evan, Clara, and the team for the thoughtful service.
The location is also great, with lots of popular cafes nearby like St. Ali and Kilo Kitchen. Or even go to Pererenan beach, you can walk, bike, or even take their electric Bajaj or vintage campervan, just ask for their availability. Would love to stay longer next time!"
