"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Clean room: The room was spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh, and the attention to detail really stood out. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt relaxing and clean throughout our stay. Staff: The staff were one of the highlights. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to respond to any requests and made us feel well taken care of the entire time. Airport shuttle: The airport transfer process was convenient and well-organized, which made arrival and departure stress-free. It’s definitely a big plus, especially after a long flight. Family-friendly: The property felt very welcoming for families. The atmosphere was safe, relaxed, and accommodating, making it a great option for those traveling with children. What we liked: The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The service and cleanliness really made a difference. "Staff were amazing! Our 5th time staying at the Westin and are coming back again later in the year we love it so much. Only downside of our stay this time around was the construction noise but this can only be heard by the beach or pool and you adapt to it. The renovations they are undertaking look great and will certainly be worth it though I think."

"This resort is great! It is our third time in the ocean front suite. The staff is super helpful and customer service is amazing. The suite is amazing and the bed is so comfortable! It all feels like the home away from home. The dining in the beach is very special and tasty. Buffet breakfast has a lot to choose. The restaurants are very good too. The Azure bar always has super friendly staff and the cocktails and local wine are definitely worth while. The spa is sooo good and relaxing. Highly recommend Conrad. Thank you we will be back."

"The location is so beautiful by the beach. The staff is wonderful, friendly, accomodating. Caring. I really felt taken care of. The breakfast staff were very accommodating with our gluten free needs. The tropical fruits were wonderful. The aqua fit was so fun and actually a work out. The massages were great. The bike ride was fun. The AC in the room was so needed as it does get hot. I drank cold coconuts by the pool every day, Delicious. And had great shrimp and chips by the pool. So friendly so sweet. Will miss this place a lot. "

"My husband and I enjoyed Vira Bali. It was close to so much in Kuta. The airport pickup service was awesome. The king sized bed was nice and cozy. We had a great message after our flight. Breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was perfect for our stay...Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were great and also great to have TV services including Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. Didn't really use the bar and the breakfast was fine but would've expected to have more western staple options including mushrooms, Pastries, cereals and weren't sure why the bacon was being hidden away under the egg station so noone knew it was there. Otherwise it was ok but i found i only had eggs and toast and sausages each day. Was the only downside to our stay but not a major."
